 I received correspondence from ACS (advance cash services) at least once a month threatening that I will be arrested, my employer will be contacted and I will owe thousands of dollars.

This is the latest email below:

 

The case file will be downloaded on Monday (August 24th 2015) and you will be soon served with the court papers due to non-payment after so many reminders. If you want to avoid these legal consequences we merely require you to get back to our manager Sandra Hernandez(sandra.hernandez@manager-collections.com) with the payment, you can e-mail her for further details.
