ADVANCE MARKETING SCAM

I had purchased a manual on how to become a Master Engraver for$19.97+$4.00 s+h on 12-9-99.I received the manual on 12-27-99.I had gone through the manual and decided they wanted to much for the program $2ooo dollars worth.I sent the manual back for a refund by certified mail,however the manual came backed stamped Unclaimed and Refused by Advance Marketing.I did however file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in South Field MI,.They were very helpful,but Advance Marketing refused to comply with the complaint.I still to this day have not gotten a refund from Advance Marketing.Consumers beware of companies like these,they will only rip you off,always check first with the Better Business Bureau in the area that the company is located.Companies like these should be put out of business.
