Applied for a loan with Advance Me today, but when they called to verify, I cancelled it. They deposited the money anyway and were expecting me to repay plus loans. Now I am receiving phone calls harassing me on my job telling me to call this 855 phone number, which happens to be in India. these calls are threatening me that I've been notified, etc......Someone needs to do something. I am not intimidated because I know you cannot be arrested for loans or by loan lenders, however to be threatened is aggravating! On top of that, it is illegal to operate any payday loan services in the state of NC.
