I needed a few extra dollars to make an unexpected trip back to my home state. Applied for small loanand got it. I understood that the nintey six dollars they take out of my account, was to cover only interest. I ended up not needing the entire amount borrowed and, having been gone all week, to a@place with no internet access and shotty cell service at best, called the company upon my return. I explained that I wanted to make an additional payment on the account and couldn't do so before today (the due date for interest payments) because of my lack of connectivity issues. I was told that, unless I wanted to pay the loan completely off, that I could not make an additional payment...and that "pay down's" would be paid on the next due date, in two weeks. Thus, I will be screwed out of another ninety or so dollars by the next due date. I tried to argue that this didn't make sense...and that it was dishonest. They claimed that they "weren't doind NOTHING illegal or dishonest. Ignorant as I figured them to be. So, apparently, there's nothing I can do besides either pay it off or, wait and pay another ninety dollars. What a rip off. I told them that I didn't know how they slept at night. NEVER...and I repeat NEVER use this company, even if you're in a pinch. It's not worth it. The late fees on a credit card will cost you a lot less...

Why the second report

Why the second report?

Do you think you would get different comments this time?

If you actually read my other reply you would have realized that my comments focused on your "Credit Card" statement.  In your situation that you described there was no reason if you wanted to make the payment on this loan that you would have been late on the credit card.  So you could have just used your credit card for any unexpected expenses.  No where did I say you were using this loan to pay on your credit cards.

Perhaps you can use your great reading comprehension skills and re-read it again.  Who knows you may "get it" the second time.
