When I received it I called 10 days later to tell them to cancel my account and not to send me anymore. I live on a fixed income and couldn’t afford to get anymore. They sent me another one and took $79.99 out of my checking acct. I called them back to find out the proper way to get my money back. Once I saw they weren’t crediting my checking acct I called back, but they said they needed my tracking number from the post office. I couldn’t find it so they said without it I wasn’t getting my money back. I was very upset and repeated my acct was to stay closed. Five days later I received a third bottle of oil. Unbelievable!! I made sure I kept up with my tracking number this time. I have called them 10 times trying to st least get a refund on the last bottle. They were full of lies. They kept blaming it on the shipping Dept. Now they don’t answer the phones at all no matter what extensions u put in. This so called company is one big SCAM!!! I’m canceling my debit card for a new one where they will have to stop stealing from me.
