A&E Factory Service Sears Repair Repairman Refused to do service, almost struck neighbor with van, police were called San Antonio Texas

 Repairman refused to replace a deck on a mower with a new one that was sent by Sears, instead climbed in his van and while I begged him to please do the work, almost drove off of the edge of my driveway which would have damaged a drainage pipe. While my neighbor was trying to diffuse the situation, the technician placed the van in reverse and amost ran her over. The police were called and my neighbor has been informed she should file a police report as it was attempted assault. Repairman would not even talk to home office on our phone when they wanted to find out what he had been doing for the supposed hour and a half he had been there.

They now refuse to service the mower at all and are giving us the run around. Would NOT recomment this company at all. Extended warranty service is a joke.
