Recently, AAA purchased thed receivables from another billing company ASF International.

My son and i have been attending karate lessons for the last two years.  with Peak Performance Martial Arts in Cedar Park Texas.  I have followed the instructions to the "T" in order to cancel the contract.

Reason for cancellation - I have permanent damage to my right knee and can no longer continue.  I have submitted request to cancel and submitted my doctor's report to the facility and AAA.

AAA is refusing to cancel the contract and are billing me for services that have not been delivered.  I have talked to them many times on the phone and none of them have a clue but every single one of them are acting as if they were attorneys.  Luckily for me, I placed a stop payment at the same time i submitted my letter of cancellation.

This company from what i gathered rip people off and seem to have been getting away with it.   I am going to follow up with the office of the attorney general in my state if this is not rectified in the next couple of weeks.

Before signing any contracts with any health clubs or karate schools or any company that finances through AAA - really consider the stress you will go through if you need to cancel the contract.
