Affirmative Insurance ripoffs their customers in diversified ways. One way is to pay less for car rentals when a vehicle is damaged. Another way which is what they have done to me is to blatantly state they don't even have to investigate my claim to tell me they are not liable for damages to my vehicle even thought the car that hit mine flipped it completely over. Be aware if you are doing business with this company they will find a way out of paying for damages. This is not my first experience with these people but it will be my last. If you are insured throught these people run to the phone and change companies as fast as you can.
