I was an Aflac policy holder for a few years. I've found that you won't get a denial if your claim is small. Larger claims, denied. I had a medical conditions later requiring surgery. Aflac noted my conditions pre existing even though my medical reports said otherwise. This is so sad that people have to deal with such bad situation, especially while sick. Mainly out of work.
