Afni Collections fraudulent billing Bloomington, & Concord, Illinois & California

i recived a collection bill from afni for a phone company that i have never done any service with and that i owed a bill for @248.63 on a indiana residince i never lived at.

this bill was made after i moved to florida in june of 1999. after i had had my phone with gte turned off and paid in full in june of 1999. because i had bought a home in and was moved to florida

i had to have my paid in full bill to show the phone company here in florida before they would even turn on my phone down here.

the physical address they say where the phone was i never ever lived at. they are saying they billed it to the post office box i had 1996 to june 1999.

they are saying i had that box from 1992 til july 1999. when i never got the box till 1996 using my married name which i never had till 1994

they are saying i owe this money even though i never lived at the physical address i never have done any business with that phone company

i lived in florida at the time they say my old phone number and old post office box were being used and billed.
