Afni harrasing phone calls Bloomington Illinois

i purchased two homes when i had this cell one account. all of my bills had to be paid off, a credit report was run and everything was paid off. i have currently been at this address for more than two years and all of a sudden , just now i have been getting harrasing phone calls to pay this account. when i asked why nothing has been mailed and no phone calls were made until now there was no response. my mom has been at this address for 20 years and , she said she has never gotten a call or letter from this company. i am a single mom with two young children and currenty having medical issues which is prompting a short leave from work, i dont need this harrasment on a bill which i dont even owe on.
