AIG Insurance Will not settle claim Internet

My wife and I were involved in an accident where a commercial truck backed into the front of our vehicle on a public street. The driver was cited for failure to maintain control. The owner of the truck is a large hazardous waste disposal company. Pollution Control Industries is the name of the company. They have locations in East Chicago Indiana and Millington TN. They are insured by AIG. The AIG adjuster that is screwing us on the claim is named Robert Reibman. He can be reached at 1-800-242-2418 ext. 2085. His supervisor is Rick Sands who can be reached at the same number. My insurance company had to pay for the rental car. My insurance company sent out the adjuster to the body shop. Mr Ronald Reibman has had an attitude the entire time. It took 3 days for him to contact us after the accident. I would like to find an attorney that would like to take the case. AIG believes that since no one was killed or hurt bad that they can just shine us on.
