MY NAME IS ADAM, I BOUGHT A 2006 PONTIAC G-6 IN Novermber 15. 2006 I then needed insurance and almost went to Geiko but went to AIG instead I had a car Accident on March 31-06 after the accident occured my car was towed to Gardents Towing. I told my agent at the time that I wanted my car totaled out yet he told me that in Florida that the car has to have 100 percent damage before it can be totaled. I told him i wanted to take my car to Schumacher Pontiac auto-body repair shop but I was told the car would take 2 months to repair. Eddie recomeneded a place called Auto Claims of America and he said they are on the AIG list and I would also save 500 on my deductable so I agreed only because it was on the AIG list and that Eddie said what great work they do.

Well at this time my car damage was considered to be 8,900 so they towed the car to Claims America after 1 month of the car sitting there I get a all "congradulations Mr. W we just got the parts in today and now we can start working on your car
but what they didn't tell me is that they found 3,100 dollars more of damage sub frame damage which brings the car over 80 percent damage with the car still not being worked on I found out myself the car adjuster had to come out for the 3rd time and agreed there was more damage done to the vehicle with the car not worked on i told AIG TO STOP ALL WORK ON THE CAR AND STOP THE CHECK............ I SAID THIS IS A TOTALED CAR I spoke with ERICKA PARSON she was the supervisor adjuster and she told me that the AIG had the right to repair the car up to 100 percent not 80 and therefore I cannot stop the check or the repair.....I called the Florida Insurance Commisioner and spoke with Mr. Francis Ford who called tried to call Ericka but she did not answer the phone he said that a car is considered totaled in the state of florida if it's 80 percent or more damage done to the vehicle the car substained exactly 80 percent but AIG went ahead and told the repair shop to work on the car full knowing the car is a totaled car

SINCE THEN I HAVE NOT SEEN THE CAR SINCE 3.31.06 AND STILL AS OF TODAY 6.28.06 THE CAR IS NOT COMPLETED I HAVE BEEN OUT OF A CAR FOR 3 MONTHS, THE CAR IS ONLY WORTH 15 BUT AIG INSISTED DOING 12,000 DOLLARS REPAIRING IT INSTEAD OF TOTALING IT OUT...PLUS I HAVE HAD NO VEHICLE FOR 3 MONTHS, AIG WILL NOT TALK TO ME ABOUT THIS ANYMORE, THEY SAY YOU SHOULD BE HAPPY WE ARE REPAIRING THE CAR AND WHEN ITS DONE ITS DONE, AIG CALLED ME 7 DIFFERENT TIMES TO TELL ME THE CAR WAS COMPLETED BUT THE AUTO SHOP KEEPS FINDING KNEW THINGS WRONG WITH THE CAR.. THE CAR HASNT BEEN DETAILED FOR 3 WEEKS....I TOLD AIG LETS SEE YOU WITHOUT YOUR CAR FOR 3 MONTHS... THEY DIDNT LIKE THAT THEY I TOLD THE SUPERVISOR THAT WOULD YOU WANT YOUR WIFE AND SON IN A CAR THAT HAD 80% DAMAGE FROM A CAR ACCIDENT? HE DIDNDT ANSWER

AIG DOES WHAT IS BEST FOR THEM EVEN IF IT'S TO SAVE A HUNDRED BUCKS THE INSURER IS NOT ON THERE PRIORITY BY THEM SAVING 100 DOLLARS OR MORE HAS COST MY LIFE A LIVING HELL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

AN AGENT OF THE INSURANCE COMMSIONER IS LOOKING INTO THIS YET ITS BEEN 3 MONTHS WITH NO CAR THEY COULD OF MADE LIFE SIMPLE AND TOTALED OUT THE CAR, AIG INTENTIONALLY LIED AND SAID FLORIDA LAW TO TOTAL A CAR IS 100 PERCENT SO THIS WAY THE INSURER WILL HAVE THE CAR REPAIRED........I SUGGEST IF YOU HAVE AIG RUN RUN TO ANOTHER INSURANCE COMPANY AS A FAST AS YOU CAN........... WHAT SMART INSURANCE COMPANY WOULD REPAIR A CAR WITH 12,000 DOLLARS DAMAGE WHEN THE CAR IS ONLY WORTH 15,000? 3 THOUSAND DIFFERENCE TO REPAIR......MY CAR WILL NEVER WORK LIKE NEW WHICH IS A 2006 CAR TO BEGIN WITH

I GET A CALL FROM THE BODY SHOP ON July 7/10/06 promising me the car has been completed that it's just like new everything is perfect they tell me to pick it up.. im driving to pick it up at this point i was just going to take the car and move on with my life yet then as im driving to the car to pick it up i get a phonecall from Claims America that the locks are going on and off by themselves and i cannot pick up the car.

then they send the car to another auto facility roger dean chevrolet yet the car isnt there, they decided to re-send the car to another dealership I GO there and the MECHANIC SAY'S there was never a problem with the locks going on and off the problem was with the safety light staying on and not going of, they said we cant fix it so then the car is resent to another dealership it happened to be the one i bought the car from Schumacher, they tell me the air bag light is on and they need to repair something to have the light turn off.

But after reading many problems with cheap chop shops putting in a airbag that is not the airbag for that car the light is normal to be on. I do not believe the repair shop put on the proper air bag.

Anyway I get a phone call from ADIN QUINN supervisor of claims etc, he tells me that if they returned the car to me and the locks went off and on the car would still not be dangerous. I had to point out to him that it is a safety violation because it distracts me from driving and could cause an accident.

Then he said oh from looking at it from that point of view i can see your point. This car has been 3months and 13 day;s and is still not ready to pick up.

I also has disclosed information that AIG is working with the auto body shop and is having them do more repairs to the car and are not letting me know. See AIG realizes that the more work is needed on the car the more they should of totaled it.

They sent the auto body money somehow without my knowledge! This shows that AIG and Claims America should both be reported to the better business bureua.

aS of today i have no car yet AIG want's me to pay more money for having no car!!!!!!!! except a rental i am paying out of pocket for 80 days so far!!!

AIG THE CAR INSURANCE FROM HELL!

Told me the car would be completed on 5th of July this is the 9th time it was suppose to be completed and no one called me that day. No one from AIG or the body shop how professional I had to call them! To only find out it's not done and they dont know when it will be finished!

The car has been repaired for about 100 days today being the 6th of July 06 I spoke to my adjuster she is the claims handler of the south florida region Susan Perry who is playing games with me. First when you talk to her she puts the phone down for a few minutes then picks up the phone and asks if your done! She intentionally doesnt listen real cute. Well she said that AIG IS NOT GOING TO TOTAL OUT THE CAR! Even though the car is over 80 percent damaged!! IT WILL BE DONE WHEN IT'S DONE AND THAT'S IT! SHE SAID IF YOU DONT LIKE THE REPAIR OF THE BODY SHOP THEN YOU HAVE TO TAKE IT UP WITH THE BODY SHOP NOT US!

Yet the body shop after having it for 3 months said it was completed so AIG went to re-inspect the vehicle and said the job was unsatifactory and Claims America who isnt a auto body shop sent the repair to another body shop. To re-fix the work of the first body shop who failed inspection.

Susan Perry LIED ON HOW MUCH THE BODY SHOP IS GETTING FOR THE REPAIRS SHE SAID THEY ARE ONLY GETTING 11,480 dollars but AIG sent additional check without me knowing that then made the total of 12,200 I found out the truth when i spoke with her supervisor Adin Quinn who told me of this, when i told Susan this she played it off and said oh well i didnt know! Yet she is the one handling this case!

AIG is playing games I am dealing today with FINANCIAL SERVICES OF FLORIDA my case number is # 1-196508308

I am dealing with insurance specialist from Florida Commisioner agent Minerva Santana 954-327-6027, I had paid for a rental car for 2000 dollars for 70 day's I could of put that down on a payment for a new car! CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS AIG GANSTA THUGS!

You need to call the office of the Insurance Commissioner in Florida, and request a complaint form. Then carefully document everything with time, dates and names and submit it to them ASAP. You will get some action from them.

JUST WHEN I THOUGHT THINGS WOULD GET BETTER, AIG TELLS ME MY CAR IS FINSIHED ADIN QUINN, The south region claims manager tells me that my car is finished and that I have made arrangements to pick it up, yet THE CAR FAILED THE AIG INSPECTION and is not ready, THE BODY WORK WAS NOT GOOD THE PAINT WAS A CHEAP JOB AND THE INSIDE HAD PROBLEMS WITH IT, after all this i was promised the vehicle would be completed Friday, I call Friday and the body shop didnt do anything to it, Now the new date which is the 9th time the car is supposed to be finished is Wednesday, AIG paid more money to have more repairs done to the vehicle, This car should be been totaled out,
IS IT NORMAL FOR A INSURANCE COMPANY TO HAVE OVER A 3 MONTH WAITE FOR THE CAR TO BE REPAIRED? WHEN ITS OVER 80% MARGIN of the repair the car value 15 grand the car repairs 12,200 and over a 3 month waite.

HE CAR HAS STAINED CARPETS AND SEATS, YET THE SEATS HAD A SEAT COVERS ON IT IN WHICH THE CAR IS A 2006 VEHICLE,I DEMAND NEW SEATS I SURE HELL DIDNT STAIN THOSE SEATS.. MAYBE THE AUTO BODY ATE THE TACO BELL LUNCH IN MY CAR THEY HAD IT FOR 3 MONTHS.......
