I had my identity stolen and become a customer of PROTECTMYID, a product of EXPERIAN.

The product comes with a $1,000,000 policy to reimburse for the expenses of ID theft and to assist in repairing ID theft.

I can tell you both EXPERIAN and AIG have not helped one bit.  I have had to spend countless hours and days, even taking months off from work to deal with the stress to return my credit score to a 570.  Which now puts me 50 points below qualifying for an FHA loan.

AIG is a twisted company.  They ignore emails;  they write numerous certified letters;  they fail to pay out on the policy;  they fail to assist victims of ID Theft.  Barbara Leone is especialy vicious and unhelpful.

Additionally, AIG does not stand by their arbitration agreement.  I have attached proof that AIG does not adhere to the American Arbitration Association standards for Consumers.

Stay away from any product backed by AIG Insurance.
