Aimco The flamingo north tower Not assuming their responsibility in nuissance Miami beach, Florida

When I signed a rental lease with the flamingo north tower, I was told by the leasing agent that if noise occurs and I was calling the flamingo security, matter will be taking care and that after 3 noise complains to the same apartment, the tenant will be receiving a letter resigning their lease. Almost every other dY I have been calling security for nuissance. After 10 month of nightmare I had decide to leave because nothing was done. Even the security guard i' be talking to , told me that most of the time they were powerless . I called on April 27 the leasing companie to let them know about my departure by may 31. After looking at my file , the agent told me I have a 60 days notice to let them know about my departure. I told him I hope he was kidding after I explained to him wX I was leaving. He told me I will be paying 2 months of rent and I replied that it was out of the question because they didn't tools my many complains to security in consideration. I had never experienced in my life such Awfull management in a building. I had another I incident with them, when one day I found the wall to wall carpet of my apartment soaked. After calling maintenance , they came and installed some vAccum to dry the soaked carpet. Also a note was left in my apartment mentionning that the carpet will be changed.... I am still wAiting. I even took the time to go on their web site and complained about the situation... No answer The stench of humid carpet was so bad that I had to leave the window open for 2 months. I feel insulted And being taking advantage of.
