Aiseesoft Aiseesoft Double Charged - No Refund! Internet

I'm quite positive that this company is a one person student who is incapabable of communicating in English and who responds to emails with poorly worded wise cracks in between class and backpacking trips. I purchased the software through RegNow / MyCommerce but the download didn't work. Not knowing that I had already been charged, I went to another site and purchased the same software. After realizing that I had been double charged, I provided both receipts to Aiseesoft and asked the  to assist with processing a refund, but they refused.
