I purchased the Iphone Deleted Messages recovery Aiseesoft FoneLab and it did not work. I contacted their Customer Service Department to ask for a refund right away as per their 90 Day Money Back Policy. They said they would contact the merchant so request the refund and for me to reach out to them again if I had not heard anything within five days. I did not hear anything so I contacted them again. A few stream of emails were going back and forth regarding me issues. I kindly asked for my refund several times and would not get a response. I contacted them again (via email as there is no phone number) and send them a screen shot of their website that indicated 90 Day Money back (I requested the refund again). I also sent them a screen shout o ftheir web page showing where it says that deleted files can be retrived.
At one point during our email exchange I received this message from them:

We have explained the operating principle of Fonelab in previous email.
If you want to recover files from device directly, you must make sure the original file data on your device.
1.As for your situation, we have explained that our program can only scan the original deleted data which existed on your device, but if the deleted data were overwritten by some operations like send/receive new message, this will overwrite the deleted data on your device after you lost your message, so our program can only scan partial lost files or there will be no deleted messages scanned for you.
2.From your reply, we can know the deleted message data on your device were overwritten. So our program did not scan your lost messages.
3.If the deleted messages can be seen and are complete after scan in the preview window, and our program can only recover patial message for you, there must be something wrong with our program, we can solve the issue by collecting the log file and database files.
Hope you can understand above information.
As for your situation, we can not perform refund you.
