Im using their software for 6 years now and its  just  partially ok for something you
dont have to spent money in monthly bases,however you have to be prepared to have unsolved problems since they don't know how to fix them when you have a problem and it always your fault and you doing something wrong .Be prepared  to deal with the worst support customer service.I have updated my software for newer version and  I called  later and updated to
software support .Every time I call now they cant find it .

Today March 12, 2013 I called after hours and I was going to leave them a message however guy
name Chuck picked up a phone at 6 pm.  I didnt know what time they were closing ( because they were usually picking up in the early evening) he took my salon name and address and he have informed me that Idont have support purchased on my account .I have asked him why do I have to run into same problem every time I call  if my credit card has been
charged and I have support. His answer was stop yelling at me which I was not and he said I will not help you because you keep yelling and if you had a bad day its not my problem and we are closed for over an hour.I didnt know its called yelling just because you tell someone you run into same problem every time. Horrible company when it comes to support most of them are acting like they dont even care talking to you.they are rude and they dont have any customer communication skills at all.

Running  into same problem several times made me leave that ripoff report and  so others will consider if its worth it to buy from them.I have read other reports and its funny that all people are having same problem but they are saying that they are not their clients.I am the owner of salon in Illinois and somehow I have same problem with them .I wonder how are they gone respond now. I'm planning to look for  another software soon.PLEASE BE AWARE SPECIALLY THAT IS NOT EASY TO TRANSFER ALL YOUR INFO TO ANOTHER SOFTWARE .
