The functionality of the software would be great...If it worked properly. I have had nothing but problems. The program has HUGE potential but I have had to call AKNAF 4 or 5 times with problems that either A) should not have happened or B) they never listed the correct instructions in their manual.
It seams every time I called they basically told me that I was the problem and the software was just fine. Haha, yea right. When they first sent me the software they sent me a bad copy. They did correct it by sending me a new one a week later. However I still have had nothing but problems.
Payroll doest work right, appointments come up wrong, quick search functions dont work, didn't have an updated FIT tax tables even though I purchased the software in 2010. Steve (the guy who spent 12 years writing the software) seams to think that he is the king and that everything that happens is the users fault...not the software. I am currently fighting to get my money back.

I just spoke with Steve from AKNAF and they have resolved all of the problems. They have been very helpful with getting my issues resolved and they have are very pleseant people to deal with. Thanks again AKNAF.
