aknaf software bad software, rude customer service, hateful conduct and racist remarks Houston, Texas

I purchased Advantage about 3 months ago after I bought my salon and it was working fine up until a few weeks ago. Then it began hurting business when appointments would not display properly and out of date tax tables. When I called aknaf tech support I was placed on hold forever only to have Kal, the owner belittle and hang up on me out of frustration when he could not help me. Since the software is useless, and Aknaf doesnt have the patience to help me get the software back to working correctly, I have requested a refund. I sent all materials back to their Park Ten address (as the owner told me to do) only to have it returned because Aknaf is no longer at that address....they don't have an office apparently. So this is the reason the owner is not giving me my refund after he gave me a bogus address to begin with. I have also been getting hateful calls at my salon from restricted phone numbers. I cannot repeat what was said on this site but they were anti-Semitic anti-gay and spoken with a voice changer with the idea the caller would not be traced. But thanks to modern tecnology, these hidden phone numbers were traced by the Houston Police Dept back to two different women who are employees at a Houston gentlemens bar and this is where they met the owner of Aknaf software. HPD informed me he has been cited for these offenses but I am still out hundreds of dollars worth of bad software products.

I would like to know what if anything is being done about the Aknaf operation, is there a class action lawsuit pending? If not, there should be. I would be more than happy to spearhead a lawsuit so I would like anyone else interested to contact me so the process can begin. These charlatans should no longer be able to victimize small business owners and should have to recompense the ones who have already lost so much money.
