Albertsons false police report Eugene Oregon

After purchasing products with coupons exactly as I had at 2 other Albertsons, I left the store and was pursued and attacked by the junior assistant manager who tried to drag me from my car while he yelled that it was Albertsons parking lot and he could do anything he wanted.

When he saw a potential witness approaching, he stopped his assault and said he would call police. I didn't believe the punk and drove away.

Five hours later a Eugene Policeman and 2 Lane County Deputy Sheriffs arrested me for robbery (a charge later dropped since I had paid with coupons) and assault with a sledge hammer. I don't own a sledge hammer. To the best of my recollection, my lily-white hands have never touched a sledge hammer.

But the dumhead "law enforcement" officer, after unlawfully searching my car and finding a claw hammer, dragged me into jail and I had to put up $25,000 bail to get out the next day.

I have legal actions against the police who made no effort to check the store security tape and against Albertsons and their employees all the way to Boise and Larry Johnston, chief executive liar in what I believe to be a corporate policy to defame, defraud and deprive of civil rights, liberty, and dollars, the innocent customers who may file action resulting from employee misdeeds.

I will appreciate reports from others who have suffered similar criminal actions by police and/or Albertsons.
