Albertson's unfair treatment Lynnwood Washington

I feel I've been treated unfairly and was wondering how should i proceed this situation.I am currently working in the meat dept for 7yrs with Alberstons. I had applied for management position too many times I lost count, but was denied all. In my dept. there's the manager, me the second and the new hire apprentice.

In my career I nerver even heard that second has to travel, but my manager did the impossible and sent me on the road instead of the apprentice. His excuses it that she's new and that other managers would take advantage of her and make her cut the whole case.

I have asked several other meat managers for their advice, they all replies the same saying "seconds shouldn't be traveling and that I should call Union"
I don't know what are my rights, please advice me what to do?
