Alertpay Inc. Account Blocking a way to make money Montreal, Quebec

Cannot believe this. I've been trying to get my payment from alertpay, well the customers paid my account and the same amount was withdrawn by alertpay from their respective accounts. Charged them with the usual withdrawal fee, now get this, when I instructed alertpay to forward the same to me thru check which they said was a free service. They froze my account subject to identity verification from the people who sent me the money. Eventhough the same has been complied to, they said they need additional verification. I can understand verification of identity prior to being accepted to alertpay. But verification of identity after the fact?

Just imagine if there is a transaction worth $100,000.00. You gave the buyer your item, the buyer transferred the amount to you, and you cannot withdraw the same because they need to verify the buyers identity after they had transferred, and carged their transfer fee to said transfer; meanwhile your credit  providers is blacklisting you because you cant give them their due. All the while the money is in your account and cannot be reached.

If anybody has the same problem...and initiated a lawsuit agains this people, I would like to join, email me.
