ALERTPAY INC Unblockalertpay.com They Repeatedly charged me for a product i never bought. Even when the seller instructed them to Reund me my Money. They charged 3x more times. Each time i call to get my refund, they charged me again Montreal, Quebec

I purchased an Iphone Unlock software from APPLE-UNLOCK IPHONE.COM which Alertpay Inc is their merchant for credit card purchases. However, the software did not work and i notified APPLE-UNLOCK-IPHONE.COM. Consequently, they told me that they never recieved my payment and that i should contact Alertpay to refund me, furthermore in a written email they sent me. It clearly stated that they instructed Alertpay to refund my money back. Nevertheless, AlertPay charged me for the same product again and claimed it was a system error and that they will refund me back between 3-5days. About a  week and few days passed i never got my money. I wrote again reminding them of my refund on the 3rd Dec.09. To my greatest surprice my Bank called & told me my account is overdrawn. They again charged my card. Makiing it a total of 3x debit of $29.99USD. This AlertPay, most times keeping hanging the phone on me during conversaton. Please, why would the Web Master and Internet Security allow such SCAM company like AlertPay to keep reaping people off their hard earned money, SOME BODY PLEASE HELP
