My car was picked up at approximately 1027 pm 12/29/09 . The sign was illegible and this was after bus hours.I parked there at approximately 820 pm. I was on Wilton drive restaurants and bars in the area a couple hours and at 1020 pm my vehicle was hooked up to a tow truck. The tow driver demanded $100. I asked why so much to take my car off the lift and he said the city made him charge $ 100 and he wasn't in control of that, I asked if he took cards and he said no only cash. I asked him to wait because I didn't have cash and he laughed and said he was gonna drive off with my car while I got the cash out an atm. I arrived back with cash and spoke to a different driver whom said he couldn't lower the price it was set by city law. He opened the door to my BMW which has an alarm that locks the doors. The driver gave me a receipt and dropped my car and took off before i could ask questions. I haven't surveyed the car to see if there 's missing goods.

I'm a tax paying and voting citizen that doesn't appreciate being taken advantage of and being laughed at and ridiculed. I want my money back!! The sign was illegible and it was after hours. The tow truck drivers are price gouging to get more by lower vehicles .I hope my suspension isn't damaged on my car.It seems theres several citizens on the net complaining about the antics of this particular company. There's no pay parking lot in the area for me to park this isn't right!!
