All My Sons Moving and Storage Scammers and Con Artists Nationwide Nationwide

This review is in conjunction with complaints filed with the Department of Regulatory Agencies in Denver, and several other state and municipal agencies.  

This company is a straight up con-job.  Like other reviews here, we were informed at the end of a very long and tiresome move that we would be charged double what we were quoted by one of their "trusted" employees.  The mover first tried to play the highly illegal "bait and switch" tactic -- just like many used car salesmen use -- even so far as to calling "the owner" to intermediately renegotiate the fee.  However, being deeply involved in the legal industry, we stood our ground, at one point telling the mover, "You can take everything on the truck and drive it back to your office and keep it.  We will not renegotiate a firm quote.  That's what the courts are for."  After about 30 minutes of trying to be a player, the mover said, "Okay, we'll give it to you at the price you stated."  But he made sure to complain loud and long about how much money he wouldn't be getting for the move.  Which was a complete and total load of b.s.  

So, surprise surprise...the mover turned surly and denigrating, dropping boxes, smashing those marked "fragile," and otherwise being a bag of d****e.  The ONLY reason we haven't (yet) sued the **** out of these a**hats is because I am a man of MY word and paid for the move I was quoted in the beginning.  They arrived at our location 90 minutes late to load, and almost 3 HOURS late to unload.  

Don't let them hold your stuff for ransom at the end of the move, while it's still on the truck.  they must, by law, honor the quote you were provided.  If they do not and prey on unsuspecting clients, they break several laws, which are actionable.  

THIS REVIEW SERVES AS FAIR WARNING TO EVERYONE CONSIDERING CALLING THIS SO-CALLED "COMPANY" TO ASSIST IN MOVING.  IT'S A SCAM.

FOLLOW-UP: Received a boilerplate comment left by someone claiming to be the owner of All My Sons, which also appears, verbatim, on several other 1-star reviews, which reads:

This is NOT the same person the mover spoke to, whose name was Victor, and who, as indicated by the driver of their moving truck, was only a manager.  So the mover lied when stating he spoke to "the owner."  And yet, we recieve only these pre-written responses.  Jacka****.

If you're sincere Mr. Joel H., contact me directly and refund the entire cost of moving.  Otherwise, piss off.

*** Update: contacted Ashley Hudnall at the corporate office, who led us on a merry path of disingenuity and deciet.  This company has no intention of making good on their promises or statements, ever.  What a shame.
