I doesn't surprise me that Ronald Muchaud has posted a complaint on this site as he has been nothing but impossible since the day we began service. When we delivered his furniture to his .home he insisted on having three large items set into the corner of the differant rooms. This did not leave any choice but to slide them into place a bit. We placed pads on the floor but still wound up with three small 2' scratches.

We went back several times and repaired them. His wife, Lou Anne was satisfied, but Ronald had only one motive, to get back all his money, so he was not, obviously. He took us to small claims court to our surprise. The judge was sympathetic to us. He demanded that he let us continue with the repair and we did. He again, was not satisfied.we returned to court and saw a differant judge. He was overloaded wit cases and just gave him a $2000 award which was paid on 4/28/2011 as ordered.

i believe that Ronald Muchaud is a man of little integrity and had only one mission, get all his money back and cheat a company out of their entitled revenue. If Ronald had on ounce of integrity and honesty, he would have not posted this complaint and he would also post that his claim was paid in full and the matter has been closed. But I dont think he will.
