All State Insurance They do believe in paying if their driver is at fault ripoff New Burgh New York

*Consumer Comment: All State insurance, a complete scam
*Consumer Suggestion: Protect yourself from the other guy's insurance.
I was involved in an accident where All State's client hit my car in the rear. I made a claim for the loss and their rep came to my house and declared my car a total loss. The All States rep. declined my claim saying it was not their clients fault. He was mean, and a racist. As I am not an American born. He was not willing to entertain my request.
I ended up going to the small claims court and suing the guy who hit my car. The Judge gave the judgement in my favor. If you ever get hit by an ALL State client MAKE SURE TO GET POLICE REPORT. Otherwise, you are not going to get a penny from ALL State.

-)In reference to comment from Mr. Mike about Race Card, well this is the first time, i have said someone is racist.
2)Mike your suggestions are VERY GOOD. Everyone in a car accident should use them.
FINALLY, I still call AllState a SCAM. It appeared that AllState was never interested in taking care of the issue. Forcing me to take the individual to court [Nice way to take care of customers]. Going to court costed me as well as the other guy time and money. Basically, a harassment for both me and the guy who hit me. My car was declared a total loss by AllState employee. On presenting my case infront of judge, I won the case.
It appear that EVERY CRIMINAL HAS TO GO INFRONT OF JUDGE. SIMILARLY, ALLSTATE HAS TO GO IN FRONT OF JUDGE TO PAY WHAT IT OWES.
Also because judgement is never in amount of loss and ALLSTATE still comes out ahead. Therefore, IT IS A SCAM.

Is there some other company in NY called "All State" [2 words]?
I am familiar with Allstate [1 word] from Northbrook, Illinois. I was insured by them for 17 years and they paid 3 claims, 2 of them with no problems at all, and 1 with an adjuster I got replaced, then had no problems. None of these were my fault.
So, is it All State or Allstate?

All State insurance, a complete scam

I lost my Ducati motorcycle by an All State driver in 2000 when my motorcycle was parked. The driver left the scene and as when I came out, I just had finished painting my motorcycle completely after a year & 1/2 from saving money for doing it. An original Ducati Paso one of 100 made in the world.
When the driver returned, he was not as sorry as he should been. He give me his insurance to me and the officer who wrote the report. It was All State insurance and that is where the problem began.
From there on fought and fought from this day one for 3 years. They sent a settlement check 4 less than weeks later and that was they final settlement from the date the accident happened. They sacmmed me completely and they wrote all their checks if signed you settle the claim. I refused to sign at all and wrote, wrote, wrote and wrote to everyone from the CEO down the chain of command at office All State office.
I even protested in front All State agent offices to get more attention, no matter what I did, they did not care at all.
I sued and took the guy to court, All State appeared on all cases, drivin 200 miles just to be there several times, you would think they would just settle it with me but noop.
Anyway, I am making a full web site on this incident 6 years ago. I have not forgotten and I will posts all of All States letters and documentation to the public to tell people what All State Insurance did to me.
I also want to mentioned I was also of another victim from a drink driver hit & run and his insurance was MetLife, this company also did the samething, which I will also make a full web site about this as well.
All State Insurance drivers are dangerous and All State does not care for their victims, there rip off their victim and their customers.
This is a settlement scam and don't settle anything with All State, they want to think we need money when an accident happens, don't let these companies pay you off, that's all they want is to pay you off.
Protesting against them will rein their business and it effects their agents, everything.
Beware of All State Insurance and MetLife.

Protect yourself from the other guy's insurance.

Don't play the race card everywhere you go. Insurance companies try to do this to every white American too, including me.
Here's how you prevent it. Buy collision coverage on your auto policy. Even if your car is old and paid off and you know you're a safe driver, you need it if you expect to get paid for damages that others do. Save premiums by choosing the largest deductible you can but make sure the deductible is not more than the Actual Cash Value of your car.
After a crash that was not your fault, call only YOUR insurance company. They will contact the other guy's insurance and make things happen.
Unfortuantely this doesn't work very well if you have the same insurance company as the other guy, and it is a bad company.
Also don't just get the police report, if the other guy is ticketed for a violation, SHOW UP FOR THE TRIAL. The police or the insurance companies don't decide who's fault it was, a judge does. You want to be there as a witness to make sure the other guy is convicted.
