ALL STATE INSURANCE identity theft fairfield California

one of the agent of allstate stole my identity and used for insurace. i got settlement notice from credit collection services. i called his number . he told me i have insurace from all state i didn,t paid bill. then i called all state company i talk to the lady i told her i never had insurace from all state. she said she will investigate. after five days she told me i have to prove i have other insuranse on that time. then i told him i need all information who did the insurane .

she gave me all information. i never had that cars in my life which is was on insurace . some body used my identity.i called the agent office . i talk to the lady . i ask her for signed document from my side. she said i don't have . then i ask fro agent name . she said he is not working here no more and i can't give you his information.Then i ask her what i have to do. She said hire the Attorny . i don't have job . i don't have money to hire the attorny.
