Alliance Law Center San Diego

Huge scam took $3200.00 for a loan modification in Dec. '08 and my house is set to be auctioned 9/8/09. ALS did absolutely nothing with my file for 4+ months. I finally contacted my lender (Indy Mac) in late April who then advised me that they received incomplete paperwork and nothing else. I then attempted to salvage my situation and resubmit 80+ pages of documentation to the lender. By then it was so out of control I was not able to establish a repayment schedule nor a modification. ALS is a huge rip-off do not give them a penny!
