Alliance Law Center scamming people out of their money San Diego California

we contacted alliance law center in san diego for loan modification on december 08 they told us in order to do a loan modification to stop making morgage payments so we could be on top of the list. to do a loan modification will be $3000.00 and to send a cashier check. once we send the check we did not hear from no one in alliance law center. we called matthew markley if he got the check he said yes and that it was only going to take 4 to 5 months. our house went into forecloser in april and they did nothing to help me out. in july i received a letter from alliance law center now they dont want to give me my money back.
