It is not easy to find a good loan modification company, it can be a very complicated process, with all of the policy changes going on these days with the lenders. Alliance is probably not the worst, everyone is nice, and I don't believe there is any dishonesty or fraud. But having said that...

These guys are unbelievably disorganized!!! If you think it's hard to deal with the disorganized lenders, now you will also have a disorganized law firm to deal with, where the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. We keep getting switched between case workers, no one calls back, files keep getting lost in the shuffle, no one there is familiar with our case, and it has now been 10 months! I could go on and on, but in short, I wouldn't reccommend these guys at all.

We have found a better company who we have had success with, after a lot of searching companies. Everyone should be very careful who they hire to do this. I hope Alliance will give us our money back guarantee, but I'm not expecting this to be easy. It's hard even to get anyone to call us back!

No offense, Alliance, but you guys are scary disorganized, and this is a critical financial situation for us!
