ALLIED BARTON SECURITY LEE COUSIN; ROGER BROWN; STEVE CONTRERAS SEXUALLY HARRASSED, BULLIED, STALKED AND LIED TO AND LIED ON new york New York

I am writing this report to get the truth out and to warn others before they even think about working with this company. The entire company of Allied Barton is shameful, but I am specifically targeting the New York office in Midtown Manhattan. I worked for this company for 2 years and never received a raise or any recognition of doing a good job, but instead got stalked and sexually harrassed by the site supervisor, whom after all my complaints to HR and proof of harrassing text messages, he was not fired, but instead PROMOTED TO ACCOUNT MANAGER!

Let me start from the beginning. I started working for Allied Barton in the Fall of 2013 and everything was great at first. That was until I started receiving non-ending anonymous phone calls and then text messages from my site supervisor ROGER BROWN. He would text me late nights when I was already home from work talling me how 'good i looked' earlier that day at work, and how he would love to take me out. I told him both through text message and face to face that i wasnt interested. Rather then the flirting coming to an end, it continued. He would then tell me that he would pay me an extra day's pay if i went out with him. (another words, i worked monday-friday and 1 saturday out of the month, and he said he would put on my time sheets i worked an extra saturday). He then started sending me pictures of himself with little captions such as 'if only you would giove me a chance' (I still have all of these messages and photos by the way. I reported all of this to HR and Samantha Lewis said they were going to look into it. She also called in Roger's superior, Lee Cousin, who interrogated me claiming that he doesnt see how my supervisor would continue such behavior if i told him i was not interested, in another words, he was calling me a liar. with all the proof right in front of his face.
The very next day i was called into the office by HR and Lee Cousin. They told me they approached my supervisor about my accusations and he denied it. They then said that they pulled his phone records and there werent any calls or text messages from him to me. I asked to see those phone records as i had my own printed out and in front of confirming that he indeed did send me those text messages, and both HR and Lee Cousin said his records were confidential and i could not see them, After spending over an hour in the office arguing with these assholes and having Lee Cousin yell and curse to my face, they told me that they would move one of us from the site so we donthave to be around each other. All of this happened on a Friday. When i came to work on Monday, Roger Brown came in with Lee Cousin, disappeared for soem time then they left the office with some of Roger's belongings. I believed that was the end of it until HR called me explaining that Roger Brown received a PROMOTION and was now MY ACCOUNT SUPERVISOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!! CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS????????I didnt have to work with him everyday but now he was in a higher position after displaying such dispicable behavior.

A few weeks later, we got a new site supervisor, Steve Contreras, whom by the way, told me and my former coworkers on teh first day that he is a personal friend of Roger Brown. From the day he sytarted he gave me nothing but problems and headaches that everyone could see as well as being personal attacks handed down by Roger. He constantly changed my schedule knowing I have a 2 year old at home and constantly cut my hours each week leaving me with less money. Finally it got to the point that i couldnt take it any more and i sat down with Steve to discuss everything and he made excuses saying there was a lot going on in the company. I left his office still feeling angry but a little more at ease since Steve told me my schedule would go back to normal the upcoming week and we left everything on good terms.

The next day HR called my site and said i need to coem in to the office. When i did, Roger and Lee Cousin were there with HR and they claimed that Steve put in a complaint against me claiming i cursed at him and SPIT IN HIS FACE the day before when i was in his office. I couldnt believe this! i continuously explained that i did none of those things but absolutely NO ONE would listen. After 2 hours of beeing in teh office they told me i was being terminated for misconduct, with no proff what so ever.

After being fired based on LIES, they protested my uinemployment beefits for which i ended up winning because get this, when the ALJ asked Steev Contreras if i did infact curse and spit at him he said i cursed at him but did not spit, after he already submitted a statement to Allied Barton and the Dept of Labor clearly stating i spit on him. The alj pulled up those statements and asked Steve why did he make that original claim and his response was 'no comment.'
