I went there to apply for the job and asked for a very fair pay, between 8.50 and 10/hr. That pay ain't s**+ t. Yet, I'm told "that ain't gonna happen.". Yet, I get to work as a shitty security guard for next to nothing which brings me to my next point.

George, on the other hand, has to stick his shiny little head into everything as if I need him on my a*s. And Jim Dyer, while he doesn't get on my nerves as much as he used to, is a blind old b*****d who needs to retire. I won't go into specifics as to what happened because I can't let these p***s lickers know who is talking crap on them (gotta protect myself, ya heard), but they can both fu ck themselves. That's all I have to say. I agree with everything the op said except about george and jim being the best supervisors. I understand that you hate Bryan because he may have screwed you over, I would too. But based on my experiences, Bryan has always been there when I needed him and with a smile on his face. He has been a real person, unlike that stick in the a*s, George, who couldn't put a smile on his face to save his shitty job with allied barton. He is so unpersonable. Anytime I talk to him, he just spews crap from the handbook and gives me lectures on rules that he pulls out of his a*s. I'm so sick of him. I WANT BRYAN BACK!!! I myself  am a former  employee of allied  barton  and  left them  after  4 months of  working  for them. I have  never ever worked for  a  company that operates in a such unprofessional manner  and  carries it  self  such lack of structure  in how the way  they handle and do business. I  worked in the oakland  area of pittsburgh at there  upmc sites  which  was the biggest mistake  of my entire  life. at first things seem cool but after being there and seeing how the way  they treated  the employee and how they  came and   went just made  me look at this  place in a different light.  The  first insident  that made me look at them unprofessional  was  when  i was written up for a schedule mishap my boss bryan ptomey  mind you the most unprofessional  boss/supervisor  i  ever worked  with went to the account manager  to charge me with a write  up  because i didn't come in cause i got confused on scheduling.   mind you this is my  first week   being a floater and everything wasn't  explained to me  right up  front  so why should i be charged for something thats there responsibility  to  explain to  the new  employees ??? 

Another  incident  that  made me grow suspicious of them  was  when my  mother  seen one of my  pay stubs  noticed that i was getting  cheated  out of  my money and some hours  were  missing  i confronted them  about  it  and they say is talk to   the person   who did your schedule  ever since  i did that  one  time they didn't seem  to care after  i  kept a closer  eye on my pay stubs  my checks  got  smaller and smaller and hours went upand down. they tell you that   floater  security  guards  are suppose  to make  9.00 an hour  but thats a crock of crap because  my checks were barely  enough to pay my monthly bills  so  that ull  make  9 dollars an hour crap  is  such A LIE.  This company   only  cares  about its  self  and the money  it makes the only way  you make decent money  is  if you slave  yourself  or  if  your kissing  a**  to  get  ahead or if your dating  one the  supervisors and theres  no  type of room  for growth as far as promotions or getting a perminate site with a set schedule they  treat you like your an expendable asset  and  when your at a site  you can removed at any  time  which is  terrible. I  can  recall  one day  i asked my supervisor brandon gaia who is another terrible supervisor  who plays  favoritism  and lets people do illegal  things and then talks about  you  behind your  back and smiles  in your  face  if  there were any  perminate stes availble because i got tired  of  floating  and not getting  compensated for   it and he  said no there isn't any availible  which  made me come to the conclusion  that hes lying  i said  how do you not have perminate openings and you all  are firing  people n then hiring floaters  like its nothing  but  you all don't have any  openings. This  companys  reputation  is so   horrible that  i put in a bid  for a  security job   with upmc  security  and they  said they don't  hire  allied guard due  to  there reputation  of laziness and  not  doing  patrol rounds i said  thats a shame.   after reading  peoples   complaints  on here ill  never EVER  work for allied security again i was so fed up  oakland and them not doin things  right i put in a tranfer  to  bakery square  in east liberty  which  is one the  most  horrible  sites  EVER  and the manger  mark wilcox is an A**HOLE he  had me  removed  after a week  stating that i wasnt doing  rounds and i sat at the front desk   i said where in the hell  am i suppose to sit  it in my  car in the cold  this site was so  terrible they  had  nobody  there it was unsafe  and  is below freezing cold  and they  expected you to  do  EVERY  round even without the   golf cart  and th post  that they  had you at was the worse   it was an abandon building even after  the fact  i wasn't properly trained after  that i was layed off  for the entire week of  chirst  i said  what the hell   is that then i had  to  call come back to  oakland which made me feel  degrating  to feel like i have to kiss a** to  get  my  job back and   coming back there for week i got a new   job and havent been  back since i hope allied  barton  gets  called  out for how the way they treat there employees and get  everything  that comes to  them  best  supervisors  i worked  for  were george  diamond and  jim dwyer  everybody  else  sucks  ive never  been  around group of  immature  individuals  in my life  that sit back and talk about each other like  high school   with such unprofessionalism its  unbelievable swear  im so  glad  iam not an employee  and im printing  all of these  other articles  of the people  that   have suffered from this crappy  job for my  records to show that  this security  firm  is a   terrible company to work for I  think its  a good start for  high  school kids but other then  that for  trying to find a job with growth and devlopment   n with a position of power  and respect  not this one  here  they treat  the  employees  like  they are  glad trashbag one minute there  here  today and gone  tommorrow   i can recalll  one employee got horribly sick on the  job  and one  that  got badly  injured  instead of  compensating  them  feeling that they would b a reliability  risk  they FIRED  THEM  what the h*ll is  that another  thing that this company does to get over on you  i not send you  your benifits  package after your probation  your supposed to get a   package   about  benifits  i never got that  then  the uniform policy  they want you to  pay 200  for  uniform that  should be  in YOUR  COSTS  NOT OURS id wrather  hire k-9s to guard  my  sites then  deal  with   a crooked  company like allied  not to mention  them firing  people  and bringin them  back  which states in the policy your not allowed to do that  they  do any way smh this  security firm is  no good n treats the people like glad trashbags  n if you don't do what they  ask they find ways to let you go now smh  id wrather go back to school  which i had planned on doin  but they  expect  you to drop  your life  just slave for them  n u  get nothing in return man f*** allied barton fraud services
