I have been working for Allied Barton Security Services for only two and a half months. During this time they have only had one check right and that was my last pay period.
They owe me well over 450.00 and they have made every excuse in the book why they havn't paid me yet. They say I havn't gone through my proper chain of command, but that is a load of bull s**t because every time that I call the office, our supervisor never answers her phonem so I automatically get transferred to the man who takes care of our pay and then he says he hasn't taken care of it cause I didn't got through my right chain of command.
This has been ongoing since my first paycheck and I am sick of it. I am underpaid and overworked.
Also I have been sick lately and now I am about to get written up for missing days, even though I had a doctors note excusing me. That dosn't matter, you still get written up. The only thing the doctor's notes do is let you come back to work.
There is no leniency if you miss work due to sickness or anything. I love where I work, but I hate my company and I think they should be shut down, PERMANATLY and sued!

This is a labor board issue. They can not write you up if ou have a doctors note. Makr sure you get and keep a copy of all paper work and write ups. If you have a union call them!
