Allied Barton Security Services dishonest is putting it mildly tukwila Washington

i was hired by allied barton when they took aver an account from the company I worked for.

other officers transfered as well, we were all told by the operations manger, recruiter and other office staff that after 90 days we would have insurance, when the 90 days were up we were told its in negotiations as the site was going union. we took a cut in pay after we were all told we would be compensated via gift cards to make up the difference. when we asked about the gift cards we were told it would cause a tax issue. and when the site went union we would get a raise. after a year that finally happened. still no insurance.

we all had a working schedule and all had 40 hours. the operations manager changed the site schedule so all officers now get 35 to 38 hours, they bill the client for an additional 22 hours and now have black post. so the client pays more for less and the guards loose hours, buit were told with the new schedule if someone calls off or is sick they can make up the hours that way. problem when the officers ask to work shifts to make up hours they are told no and the operations manager brings in an SPO whom gets paid more per hour and dont know the site as well.

their site supervisors are known as escape goats for the operations managers.its a known joke...

I filed a complaint with the EEOC as well because the operations manager went to the client and told the client I was a racist because i wrote up an officer for calling off 6 times in arow constanly being late, out of uniform, and refused to do anything asked. the officers went to HR and we had a meeting where I was bullied and told if I want to keep my job i will do exactly what they tell me to do. the EEOC said it is not illegal for a operations manger to call me a racist and if i could prove discrimination to give them a call.

I worked monday thru thursday 10 hour days and run my own business on friday saturday and sunday, this was a clearly emphesized schecdule necessity per them hiring me, I als take care of a disabled parent and his doctors appointments are on fridays. they dont care....

I have been at this site for several years now and unfortunaly for the client I am moving on as I cannot work for a lying, cheating, manipulating, backstabbing, un compassionate company anymore
