Allied Data Corporation - Represenging AVON Threats in attempted debt collection Houston Texas

This company uses threat tactics to attempt to collect debts which CLEARLY break the rules of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act , enforced by the FTC. If this company contacts you, remember...you have rights! Enforce them. They send their appropriate letters giving a debtor 30 days to dispute the debt, however - they call six days after the date ON THE LETTER with threats that they will "make a decision tomorrow without you". I am personally reporting them to every agency possible to report them to. They are an embarrassment to the field of any business. Avon should be ashamed to associate their name with such a company.
