Due to illness I fell behind in paying my AVON account. It was turned over to Allied Data Corp., and I made arrangements to have a certain amount deducted from my bank account. Something happened to that account and I called Allied Data Corp. numerous times to change my account information so I would not occur any fees or charges against my bank account. I was transferred to someone who was suppose to call me back and as of today has not. In the meantime Allied submitted a payment request to that particular bank account and now I am being charged two overdraft charges. What kind of company would do such thing unless their business practices are shady? I will also contact the BBB and the FTC, as well as the Attorney General in my state to investigate this matter. AVON should be ashamed of itself to use such unreliable company, especially if one is willing to make retribution.

So YOU gave them the wrong account number and they are the bad guys because they wish to be paid? You do realize exactly how self-entitled that you sound right? YOU gave them the information. To THEM its IS the right account. YOU make it sound like they purposefully sent these payment requests to the wrong account in your header. But once YOU start telling the story its found that YOU gave them the wrong information!!! Exactly how is this ANY fault of theirs?? They did exactly what they said they would do, and charged the account that YOU provided. You need to grow up and accept WHEN YOU SCREW UP!!! You can TRY and continue to play the victim, but this is ALL YOUR DOING!!!!! Get over it and move on and LEARN from YOUR mistake. I swear.....You are in an adult body but you're acting like a child. STOP deflecting the responsibility onto them. THEY ONLY TOOK FROM THE ACCOUNT YOU PROVIDED!!! If YOU have NSF then I would suggest keeping extra money in that account for just these types of incidents. YOU have made a FAKE REPORT all due to YOUR actions. Thankfully, they have a recourse against YOUR LIES!!! From your post.....Due to illness I fell behind in paying my AVON account. It was turned over to Allied Data Corp. This means you were more then THREE MONTHS behind. .. I made arrangements to have a certain amount deducted from my bank account.. This means that YOU gave them the information they used to process what you owed. I could go on and continue to show YOU were YOU boned yourself, but what would be the point. YOU took the time and energy to make a fake post and no amount of proof, even if it is your own words is going to change YOU. YOU will continue to deflect responsibilities off of yourself and onto others. This is a skill set taught to us by our parents and how WE see them handling real life situations. YOU will continue to play the victim, even when its shown to you that you did this to yourself. People like YOU truly concern me. If you can be slanderous online, what kind of message is that going to send to any children you may have?? That LYING and SCAMMING are perfectly alright? Because THAT is what you are projecting with YOUR report.
