Allied Interstate Inc. We need to start a class action lawsuit against Allied Interstate in New Mexico West Palm Beach Florida

I have received multiple phone calls from this company, Allied Interstate, Inc. since December 2007. When I say multiple, I mean one to four calls a day EVERY day, totalling over 100 calls since the beginning of their harrassment. Some calls were by auto-dialer, with a non-existant caller ID number, and some were from an actual person.

Once, the auto-dialer called my number at 6:40am Mountain Standard Time. They are looking for someone who I have NEVER heard of, and I told them such. I told them my name on MANY occassions, and each time I was called a liar.

I called Qwest, the local phone company to get advice on how to stop this ridiculous and illegal behavior. They told me to dial *57 three different times to trace the calls, ($1.25 per trace) which I did. Then I contacted Albuquerque Police to file a harrassment report against Allied Interstate. Then I called the New Mexico Attorney General's Office, and filed a complaint against them Then I contacted the Federal Trade Commission and filed a complaint against them.

Then I drove to the United States Post Office and sent them a cease and desist letter to never call my telephone number again, for any person, for any reason, at any time, ever! Then I paid $7.25 to send this certified letter with a return receipt. I received the return receipt back on January 28, 2008, signed by one of their company representatives.

All was well until today, February 20, at 5:21pm, when they apparantly thought they were above the law. I called them back and told them who I am, that they were breaking the law by calling my number, and I demand they take my number off of their call list. She told me, 'look honey, if you don't slow the hell down, I will REFUSE to do a thing for you'. And believe me, I was speaking VERY slowly and deliberately!

She asked me for my name. I told her that I had just said my name, and it really does not matter what my name is, that they are, by law, not supposed to be calling my number. She said, 'we can call anybody we want'. I told her that the person they are looking for does not have this number nor live at this address, nor do I know such person. She called me a liar.

These people are beyond reproach, and think they can do anything they want, including to and up to breaking the law. They HAVE to be stopped! Therefore, I will like to speak with anyone who is interested in joining me in a class action lawsuit against Allied Interstate, Inc.
