Allstate Insurance accident Rip-off Charging the person who is not at fault Phoenix Arizona

I changed insurance companies from a premium company to move to Allstate. When I was quoted by the agent, Chris Marx, I was not told I would be in a non-standard company for an uninsured motorist accident I was involved in.

I was struck from behind while stopped at a red light and the other driver was drunk and uninsured. After this tramatic incident totalling my 2 month old vehicle and putting me into a financial burden, Allstate charged me for this accident on my premium and lowered my status from premium to non-standard driver on my CLUE report. When I found this out, from underwriting directly, I switched companies! It took 3 years of paying higher premiums to get back to the premium status of my insurance record.

This is fraudulent to charge for an accident they did not even shell out a dime for and then not quote the right company with the right premium.

Underwriting told me they do this to everyone. This is unacceptable and they have ripped me off!
