Alltel Communications Ripoff Stealing money, deceptive practices Marquette Michigan

My daughter paid cash to Alltel for the month at our local Alltel office. $97 to the clerk. The clerk promised her that it would be paid in full and she would have nothing to worry about. A week goes by and she gets a call saying that her bill is behind and they want another $97. I am her money manager and she is on a limited income. She cannot afford to pay another $97 to alltel. Needless to say, they disconnected her phone because of it. Now they want her to pay almost $300 to get her phone turned back on.

She tried to make payment arrangements and asked me to use my prepaid debit card to post date the payment. They said they had already tried. I know for sure because I was sitting right next to her on the extension phone trying to help her resolve this issue. They did not have my permission to use my card again. I called Alltel today to tell them to get my card numbers off her account, and they told me my daughter lied to me about them using my card again, even tho I was sitting right there the whole time she was talking to them.

They are blantly ripping off my daughter and me and I demand they pay her back the monies they have stolen from her. What's wrong with a company that can rip off an 18 year old girl?? Do they not really care about their reputations that they can do this and get away with it?? I want them to refund her money even tho I know it's a fat chance in hades for them to do so.
