Alltell Wireless Supposedly I used 600 minutes within a 30 day time period!! I paid $90.00 for one month of phone service! To make matters worse, their call center is in the Philippines! Internet

ALLTELL IS AN AWFUL BORDERLINE CRIMINAL COMPANY!!!

I got Alltell Wireless pre-paid service for my son which supposedly would be $29.99 for a month service.....but NOOOOO he can only talk after 9 pm - 6 a.m. to get that rate, read the fine print! What teen is talking only between those hours, get real!!!  So in a one month period, I spent $90.00 for 600 anytime minutes, between 9 pm and 6 a.m. what they don't tell you is that if you do talk between 6 a.m. and 9:00 pm, you will be charged an arm and a leg and go through your minutes in a week or less! 

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DON'T GET ALLTELL, TRY CRICKET INSTEAD!!!! 

This company's call center (customer service) is in the Philippines so calling them is an awful experience because you can barely understand the person talking to you and they get argumentative and start reading a script and don't have thinking abilities!  It has been the most frustrating experience EVER!  I hope these huge companies are FINED heavily for sending our jobs overseas and then making American citizens have to deal with all these foreign people on the phone!
