allumiere Customer service manager: Enzo After ordering FREE SAMPLES, they charged my credit card $195.82 for these samples after they said I did not call and cancel after 15 days. Nationwide

While I was on line doing inqiries on looking at one of the fashion websights, a pop up screen for Allumiere advertised "free samples" of Allumiere Skin Cream and Allumiere Skin Serum.  The offer was just to pay shipping and handling fees. I searched the offer to make sure there was no hidden requirements and did not see any.  The order date on my order is 8/31/2017. I have a copy of my Order Details.  It states if I have any questions or concerns about the product contact customer service. Toll free 844-811-2874, plus an email : skupport@allumierecosmetics. On 9/14/2017 2 charges were posted to my credit card for: Jseyecream $97.41 phone number 866-352-3308 and Florallight srflskn for $98.41 phone 866-921-1848. I called the first number and asked why I was charged for the Free samples.  I was told that they were only free for 14 days after that I would be charged the full amount, which I was.  I told them that I would report them to Visa as a scam.  I was transfered to a customer service manager named Enso and was offered a compromise of a discount of 30%. I told him that is a scam and I intend to report the company.  He called me back from another phone: 316-542-1021, and offered 75% discount. This company needs to be investigated and shut down!!
