Allumineye Lbnskinenhance Charged me for Nationwide

The skin care eye cream was advertised for a free trial. I signed up for the free trial and was told I would be charged $4.95 for ship and handling only.No other charges if I chose to keep the item wouldn’t have to be until after the 14 day trial offer. Two days after the order and before I received the product, I was fraudulently charged $89.95 on my credit card.I only authorized that they take $4.95 only for the shipping and handling!!!! I called my credit card company to find out who charged this charge.They told me it was the lbnskinenhance company. So I filed a claim with my credit card company.I called the Allumineye company the next day and they said I was in a binding contract but not signed up for a subscription. They said since I filed a claim against them I couldn’t get my money back!!!I am really upset and want my money back!!!!!
