1. I bought a diamond ring, the diamond was made by EGL. The ring came with no official repport from EGL, this is a way to fraud the consumer. When I bought the ring on the website, I bought the diamond first and the ring after. I specifically asked for six prongs and when I received it they put a four prong
   one without even asking me first. They said the diamond I chose couldn't have a six prong ring. I wouldn't have chosen the diamond if they told me BEFORE I bought it. The costumer service was also terrible, when I tried to call they would hang up on me. It took me a week to get them to respond to me. They won't let me return it but the ring isn't what I ordered! The manager told me I could exchange it but honestly, they just ignored my emails. Buying a ring is a joyful thing but if you plan on buying one chose a better company with official certifications from the diamond cutters.

* I think that they're answering my emails 3-4 days after I send them so they could delay this unsolved problem because they have an 30 days return policy.
