This company utilizes multiple ridiculous methods of collection practices including calling my phone multiple times a day and seldom leaving an audible message. They are calling all of the contacts that I left as references and calling my work multiple times a day. I have advised them not to contact me via telephone at work and was rebutted with if we cease and desist contact we will sue you for 3500.00 for your 600.00 loan. We will garnish your wages for 25% of your income monthly. The threats and harassment are uncalled for. I acknowledged I owed the debt and told them to contact me via email or mail in the future I just couldn't have phone calls at work and my family and friends didn't need the harassment either since they have all stated they gave me the messages.
Do not do business with this company they are truly a rip off and utilize bad collection techniques.

If YOU don't like their BILL COLLECTORS calling you and trying to track you down, very simple remedy...PAY YOUR BILLS ON TIME! How hard is THAT to understand? YOU are causing them to contact family members! YOU signed a ontract with them which stated they will lend you the money and YOU will repay that money with interest with each and every payment due by a DUE DATE. YOU failed to live up to your end of the contract! There's the rip off!
Don't bother wasting the effort...I don't work for them.
