I work for this company and have witnessed their subtle but arm twisting methods. If nothing else their collection methods are immoral. Although not specifically covered by the FDCPA, they play fast and loose making calls to try to intimidate debtors in to “payment” plans to save them from garnishments!

Don’t fall into their web, if you default they charge you %600 interest, at best its legalized loan sharking! If they call you tell them you are looking into bankruptcy, contact and find an attorney quickly, do not give them any information! They will use it and tell your friends and family not to take messages or give out info. They will look on Face Book and other social media sites so delete any personal information and tell your friends not to post and personal info about you or your whereabouts!

Be extremely cautious when dealing with them. They will use any means to find you even some that are very shady and bordering on illegal! They will suck you in and when you are most vunerable they will grab you like a spider. They are very sneaky and will use anymeans, legal or otherwise to get you!
