When I went to make a payment I gave them 600.00 they came back and said that I was paid off and gave me back some of the money. I told them that it was a mistake . they said to wait until they call me to see what was going on, 3 weeks later I received a phone call at my job saying a was late , I try to tell them what had happened, they didn't want to hear anything I said, the phone call went from bad to real bad, they told me to make my next payment in 2weeks, and continue to make the make the payment until paid off, the Sunday before my payment was due last paid 350.00 , I received a other phone call on that Monday asking for I payment , I told them that a made a payment on Sunday and my payment was 166.00 due, but I paid more, the same week on Friday I made a payment of 200.00 . I called 2 weeks later to see how much I needed to pay, they said that I made agreement to pay about 354.00on the end of the month, I did not make any agreement to do that, the agerment was to make a payment every two weeks until it was paid off. I have never dealt with any business that does want they want, and how they treat people.
