Alyon Industries used deceptive tactics to take over $200 from me.

I do not dissagree that I did use their services.Their terms and conditions are what I dissagree with.Under the actual agreement,it stated that I would be charged $.10 per minute to view their web sites.No other actual amounts were in the agreement.

I received a bill from Alyon Industries the other day.Imagine my surprise when I seen it was over $200.They charged me an additional $4.99 per minute.No where in the agreement was the $4.99 charge even mentioned.I have already paid the bill.They gave me thirteen days to pay the bill.After that it would be forwarded to a collection agency.

I want most of my money back,except for what I agreed to pay.I think that is only fair.What is unfair is that the $4.99 charge should have been disclosed in the agreement.
