Out of the blue I get a bill for $435.21 for connections to a porno site I never even heard of at between 11:45PM and 1:33AM on 5 consecutive days. My computer happens to be in an outside building always locked by 9PM and on a separate phone line.

Let's see, I know it wasn't me, my wife or our 10 year old so seeing as how we are 30 miles out of town and have a loud barking dog who would let me know if someone was breaking into the computer room while we slept for 5 nites in a row, I know this is a (censored). I will also report this to the Dept. of Justice, (censored)Div.
